The current project is located in the west, the space is always closed to minimize the maximum amount of heat affecting customers inside, so darkness always creeps everywhere in the space. Another difficulty is not to interfere with the facade of the building, so the only solution is to improve the quality of the interior space. To solve the above problem, PTARCH Studio will create light sources inside the space to represent sunlight, to ensure enough light for the inside of the building, and at the same time use louver blinds to be able to get natural light as well as create shadow effects and minimize heat. At the same time, take advantage of cold material colors to ensure the coolest space experience possible.

Functions will include a training area, coffee roasting room, product display area and space enjoyment. The space specifically must highlight Vietblend's key product lines such as tea and coffee. Next is to create a close feeling to connecting lecturers and students, as well as bringing a feeling of openness between students.

Besides, the story that PTARCH Studio wants to convey into the space is a color that strongly contrasts with the modernity inside the space. We want to create "a timeless dimension", that is, a very familiar spatial experience for middle-aged customers, expressed through neutral and rustic colors from oak wood. bright, pure white terrazzo tiles. Combined with modern and simple contemporary architectural lines, aimed at young and dynamic customers, because this is a general training space, there is no age limit here.

The gentle ivory white beige color will be the main color, combined with current materials such as aluminum laminate used for wall panels that require strong emphasis. The counter area cladding is reused from excess box iron during construction and finished with metallic gray effect paint. Next, to increase the strong contrast, large pieces of wood from the old building will be sanded down to make the counter top, as well as re-colored to match the overall color scheme. Wooden materials will contribute to warming the space, as well as increasing the contemporary feel of the interior.

The shelf displaying tea and coffee is delicately designed in the form of a cylinder box made of recycled plastic materials, to minimize weight and be flexible in changing display themes. The glass tiles represent an invisible partition that ensures privacy, light ventilation and especially high sound insulation.

Overview from the above factors, the main materials used inside the space will mainly focus on simplicity and ease of installation but still emphasize quality from architectural and interior details. In order to optimize maximum costs for investors and prioritize the reuse of interior furniture.
